Profile
This is me
Hello. I'm Jonella Culmer. Thanks for stopping by. I'm a user experience designer because I was randomly given the "beat" of checkpoint signage in my Public Affairs Specialist job at the Transportation Security Administration. I was able to work with some wonderful designers but was always questioning if we were helping travelers the best way we could. These questions drove me to conduct traveler interviews at three DC-area airports and I haven't been able to stop since. I can tell you more - send me a note. Let's talk!
